POLICY

By purchasing from Ulrica Millie Tiso the buyer and sender agree to the following Terms and Conditions Policy:

Section 1: Send and Chill Service

    a) Fulfilment and Shipping of orders from the Send and Chill service,

       Production time of the Send and Chill Service may vary between 1-3 days.

       with the addition of delivery of 3-5 days.

    b) The buyers take full responsibility for ordering for their recipient to receive

       on time with these production and delivery times mentioned. 

    c) £4.95 per Send and Chill service orders only covers x1 recipient and does

       not apply to the card and envelope packs. If the shipping address is the

       same as the billing address, Ulrica Millie Tiso will send it to the shipping   

       address. Postage included in the Send and Chill Service is the UK Only.

   d) The Buyer agrees to contact Ulrica Millie Tiso for international shipping

        costs.

 

Section 2: Contact

      The Buyer agrees to report any queries or issues via messaging via a private         messaging platform, ie Facebook messenger or by email to

       umillieart@gmail.com.

Section 3: Delayed Shipments to the UK

  a) If the buyer has not received their order 10 working days after receiving                their shipment email, they agree to message the  sender via a private                    messaging service or email, a report of the delay.

  b) The sender agrees to investigate the delay and update the buyer where                applicable.

  c) The sender agrees that when the package has been deemed lost in transit,          a replacement will be issued.

  d) The buyer agrees that should their first, original package be delivered at any        time, they will report to the sender and arrange a return method. The buyer          agrees to return the original package in a good, acceptable condition. A              Postage label will be provided by the sender.

  e) The buyer agrees that should there be any damage to the returned goods,

       the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  f) The buyer agrees that their returning package is returned safely and correctly

      within 5 working days of the sender’s approval.

  g) The buyer agrees that should there be any costs due to customer errors

      during shipment to the sender, the buyer will be responsible for these costs.

   h) The Buyer agrees that if their returning package is lost in transit, they will be

       liable for any costs and any loss in value.

Section 4: Damaged Goods

   a) The buyer agrees to report and provide the sender with photographic

     evidence of any damages within 24 hours of their package being delivered.

   b) The sender agrees to notify the buyer with the sender’s decision on whether

     a return and replacement has been approved.

   c) The Buyer agrees that a refund will not be eligible, however they agree to          having their damaged goods replaced by the sender.

   d) The buyer agrees that should there be any undescribed damage to the

      returned goods, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

   e) The buyer agrees that their returning package is returned safely and

      correctly within 5 working days of the sender’s approval.

   f) The buyer agrees that should there be any costs due to customer errors

      during shipment to the sender, the buyer will be responsible for these costs.

 

Section 5: Refunds on Postage costs

       The buyer agrees that they are not eligible for refunds on any postage costs.

Section 6: Cancellations 

       Cancellations at any stage after 24 hours from an emailed receipt of   

       confirmation will not be accepted. 

Section 7: How we use your Data
    a) Data will be shared with 3rd party contacts, such as shipping companies for

      shipping queries and payment for shipping. Your Data will be used in

      fulfilling and Shipping orders, queries, ensuring you experience the best

      customer service and any other contact from Ulrica.

    b) Your First name may be shared for social media purposes however your

      identity will remain anonymous, and the buyer agrees that they will contact

    c) Ulrica Within 2 days of purchasing, should they wish to remain fully

       anonymous.

    d) When placing orders, your data will be stored by Wix.co.uk, PayPal and

      Stripe for these purposes previously mentioned, to provide Ulrica with your

      contact and shipping information when required, and to receive payment for

      purchases.

   e) By Accepting to allow cookies, your data will be used to track website

      analytics.

    f) By signing up to my newsletter the user agrees to their information to be 

      stored by Mailchimp and used by Ulrica for promotional emails on a 

      fortnightly basis.
