Can you find the letters of Christmas?

When creating 'The Letters of Christmas', i had lots of inspiration, including the letters written to Santa of hopes and dreams from those of all ages, whilst experimenting with mixed media of; Acrylics, Oil Pastels, Inks and Paint pens. I Used a stencil book i found that i used a lot when i was child. This painting means a lot to me, as it brought back memories of christmas in my childhood. The Excitement when leaving Cookies and Baileys for Santa and a parsnip for Rudloph. One year i baked a cherry Cake without using a recipe which both Santa and i Loved and i'm still proud of myself to this day! This painting is great for adults to help them remember those precious memories of childhood at this wonderful time of year. Let me know what memories you had, and they could be used as inspiration for a future painting!

Paper Prints are printed and packaged in a home Studio by U.Millie_Art on weekdays. They come in 2 sizes and 2 options of Canon photo paper finishes, Matte (170 g/m2) and for Gloss (300 g/m2). The Matte finish gives the print a soft looking, non-glossy finish, yet maintains the vivid colour and high brightness. The gloss finish is printed on Pro Platinum paper, which gives a ultimate high gloss finish, high brightness and optical density thanks to its 6 layer construction. When creating your order of paper prints, 24 hours will be allowed between printing and packaging, to ensure your print is fully dry. A2 prints are ordered from a third-party company on Stunning 190gsm Satin Paper, made to keep that slight glossy finish yet soft look like a matte print.

  • Canon recommends handling the paper by its edges and avoid touching the print surface. Dirt and Scratches can impair print quality. Avoid bending the paper, scratching it, or getting fingerprints on the print surface. Store your print in albums, clear photo sleeves or glass frames to protect them from direct exposure to air. Leaving your print in direct sunlight, locations exposed to high temperatures and humidity will overtime damage your print.
